- eBeamVision can provide on-site R&D leadership as an interim manager. This can include developing R&D and product strategies, leading teams and departments, managing project portfolios, establishing international partnerships, and leading technology development from concept to implementation.
- When achieving goals is constrained not by technology but by personnel challenges, eBeamVision provides guidance on effective communication, resource allocation, and change management.
Contract Research & Development
- eBeamVision carries out defined R&D projects on behalf of clients.
- Projects can range from feasibility studies and proof-of-concept work to technology development and prototype evaluation.
How We Work
A first contact would involve a video meeting to discuss your challenge and goals.
We would then jointly develop an initial work plan and set up a non-disclosure agreement and consulting contract.
eBeamVision typically proposes an initial small-scale project of 10–30 hours, potentially including a site visit, to gain an overview of the technical challenges, organization, and relevant business requirements.
If desired, eBeamVision can provide a technical report including an action plan.
From there, eBeamVision discusses with the client how to proceed. This can include continued consulting, on-site R&D management, or setting up a contract R&D project.
Rates
The initial hourly rate is €200. Additional travel costs are charged separately.
For projects exceeding 50 hours, the hourly rate is reduced to €190.
Applicable taxes are charged in addition for customers in Germany.
